Refunds due to lack of signals on indicators are non-eligible. It is the user’s responsibility to adjust how many signals they receive by changing the settings according to risk preference. STP is not responsible for lack of signals due to market direction and or user’s settings.
Crypto payments for services are non-refundable.

EXISTING Clients are responsible for their own subscription cancellations prior to next billing cycle. Refunds will NOT be issued if the next billing cycle has passed and became active. Users can self-cancel STP services via the website on which they subscribed:
