Information collection

We collect information you voluntarily submit, including email, phone number when you request SMS alert access, TradingView username when requested for trial access, order details, and support messages.

Use of information

Information is used to respond to requests, provide access, process membership or billing needs, send requested follow-up, route Discord/SMS alert onboarding, and improve the member experience.

SMS opt-in

Phone numbers submitted through the alert-access form are used only for requested SMS alert access or related membership follow-up. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of SMS follow-up at any time.

Control and security

You may contact sales@swingtradepros.com to ask about your information, correct it, request deletion where practical, or opt out of future email or SMS contact.

Legal basis and retention

We process the information described above based on your consent (cookie/analytics, SMS opt-in), to perform our contract with you (membership, alerts, dashboard access), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. We retain account and support information for as long as your membership is active plus a reasonable period for legal, billing, and support recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

Where your data is processed

The dashboard and member data are hosted with Supabase and Vercel; billing and checkout are handled by our WooCommerce/WordPress billing subdomain. These providers may process data outside your home country, including the United States. We only work with providers that maintain reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers.
