Last updated July 28, 2026. These Terms govern your use of services provided by Swing Trade Pros LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. By creating an account, claiming a trial, purchasing a membership, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Risk Disclosure.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not create an account for another person without lawful authority.
Swing Trade Pros provides educational market information, alerts, commentary, indicators, community discussions, dashboard tools, and AI-assisted analysis. Nothing we provide is personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; a fiduciary service; a brokerage service; or a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, or trade any security or asset. You make and remain responsible for every trading decision.
Subject to these Terms, Swing Trade Pros LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use purchased or granted services for your own non-commercial education. You may not share credentials, rebroadcast alerts, scrape or bulk-download content, copy courses, resell access, reverse engineer access controls, use automated tools that burden the service, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
STP Premium and STP Elite AI are monthly subscriptions at the price shown before checkout. Unless canceled, a paid membership automatically renews each month using the payment method on file. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancel before the next billing date through the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid billing period. Refund eligibility is controlled by the Refund Policy.
The free Nova trial requires no card and does not automatically convert into a paid membership. It is limited to one free Nova trial per person and account. We may use normalized email, account history, IP address, device or request signals, and manual review to detect duplicate or abusive claims. Shared networks can create false matches; contact support if a legitimate claim is blocked. Circumventing a trial limit may result in denial or termination.
Discord and SMS alerts are convenience channels for educational setup context. Delivery timing can vary because of platform, carrier, connection, device, and member settings. Alerts are not guaranteed to arrive, remain available, or arrive before a market moves. SMS access is optional, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out as described in the message or Privacy Policy.
Nova and other features may generate or summarize output using third-party AI models and market-data providers. AI output and market data can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or outdated. Outputs may differ between requests. Verify important information independently. The current dashboard and Nova experience do not place orders or connect to a brokerage account.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, moderate, display, and operate the service. We will seek separate permission before using a private message or identifiable submission as a public marketing testimonial. You may not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or confidential third-party content.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce reasonable usage limits; or restrict access needed to protect customers, vendors, or the service. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms. Rights that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Swing Trade Pros LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free output, trading results, profitability, or that content will meet your objectives. Mandatory consumer warranties remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swing Trade Pros LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Swing Trade Pros LLC against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the service, infringement of another person's rights, content you submit, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
We may update these Terms prospectively and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable service notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, but changes will not retroactively remove rights that already accrued. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by New Jersey law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or non-waivable law applies. You and Swing Trade Pros LLC consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts with lawful jurisdiction in New Jersey. This provision does not remove any venue, forum, or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
