# Refund Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Swing Trade Pros LLC unless a checkout page or written agreement clearly states different terms.

## First paid membership charge

If you're a first-time member, you can request a refund within 72 hours of your first paid monthly charge for STP Premium or STP Elite. The request must be sent from the account email to sales@swingtradepros.com and identify the membership. We allow one introductory refund per person, household, payment method, and account, subject to reasonable review for fraud or abuse. Renewals and the $7 trial fee are non-refundable. If that first charge is refunded, the $7 trial credit applied to it is voided, and the $7 trial fee itself is not refunded.

## Charges that are normally non-refundable

Renewal charges, partial billing periods, add-ons, coaching, one-to-one services, separately priced downloads, and previously refunded or repeat memberships are non-refundable except for a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, confirmed non-delivery, an express written promise, or where applicable law requires otherwise. A market loss, missed alert, changed trading result, or failure to use the service does not create refund eligibility.

## Cancellation

Cancel before the next billing date through the Stripe Billing Portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a past charge. Unless a refund is approved or access is terminated for cause, canceled membership access normally continues through the end of the paid billing period.

## What happens after an approved refund

An approved refund ends the corresponding paid access when processed. We submit approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls posting time, which is commonly 5 to 10 business days after Stripe processes the refund.

## $7 paid trial

The 14-day trial costs a one-time $7. The $7 trial fee is non-refundable. The trial does not automatically renew. If you subscribe during the active trial, the $7 trial credit applies once to the first paid month: STP Premium is $60 for the first month, then $67/month. STP Elite is $90 for the first month, then $97/month.

## How to request review

Email sales@swingtradepros.com within the applicable window. Include the account email, purchase date, plan, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details. We may request reasonable information to verify the account or transaction. Business correspondence may also be mailed to Swing Trade Pros LLC, 3014 Gates Ct., Morris Plains, NJ 07950, but a mailed refund request must be received within the applicable window. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
