Plain-English answers about plans, alerts, the dashboard and support.

## What is Swing Trade Pros?

Analyst alerts in Discord for stocks and crypto, a Morning Plan, a Sunday live stream, and an STP dashboard. STP Support & Resistance for BTC and ETH is coming soon.

## Premium or Elite?

Premium is $67/mo. It includes alerts, Discord and the STP dashboard. Elite is $97/month and includes everything in Premium, plus Node AI on the dashboard. Elite members see the same Discord channels as Premium.

## Does the dashboard include stock charts?

The dashboard covers crypto and stock signals. Discord alerts remain an additional alert channel.

## Do I get STP indicators?

STP indicators are moving into the dashboard, starting with Support & Resistance. S/R is coming soon; the other 11 indicators are being ported. Existing indicator members keep their access.

## Is there a trial?

The 14-day trial costs a one-time $7 and includes everything in Premium and Elite for 14 days. It does not auto-renew; it ends unless you subscribe. The $7 trial fee is non-refundable. If you subscribe during the active trial, the $7 trial credit applies once to the first paid month.

## How are alerts delivered?

Professor Node, Pat Lex and Chaselin post Premium Alerts for stocks and crypto in Discord. Meme Coin Movers in the dashboard are coming soon.

## I am an existing member. Where do I go?

Use Member Login for the dashboard and the Discord support room for member help. Contact support from your purchase email for questions about your plan or an earlier order.

## How do I get help with billing or access?

Email sales@swingtradepros.com from your purchase email. Include your plan name and an order or subscription reference if you have one.

## Is this financial advice?

No. STP is educational. You decide and place every trade. Alerts, dashboard data and community discussion do not guarantee results.
